RUPES DA FINE paint finishing polish compound is the result of extensive testing to develop a fine polish that combines noticeable cutting performance with impressive finishing. The proprietary formula developed and blended in-house is designed to perform with Dual Action polishers; including both large-stroke random orbital and gear-driven tools.

Color-coordinated to RUPES yellow foam, wool, and microfiber pads, DA-FINE delivers excellent defect removal, incredibly high finish quality, and a super-easy wipe off for excellent user experience. DA-FINE represents the perfect second polishing step after DA-COARSE on virtually every type of painted, gelcoat, or varnished finish or as a stand-alone solution for light polishing needs.

Once upon a time in a land far far away

I did this for a living. Phil and I were but lads at the time. Trees were green, our kids were young and Menzerna po85rd was the Goat for finishing polish. Phil laughed when I asked for his opinion, I'd finished all my old product and needed his expertise.

I'll paraphrase,

"It ain't nothing like it was," Phil said. "It's so much better, not as good as sex, but for polishing it is pretty damn close."

Holy hot dang was it a difference. It cut cleanly, polished down evenly, and it took less time. All I could do was think of the years of polishing I used to do with the older product and wonder how much more productive I would have been with this in my toolbox. I did use this in a two-step for parts of my wife's 17 RS. I think, I could, with practice, make this a one-step on both of our cars.

Phil told me how much time this would save and it isn't that I didn't believe him, it is that I was that rusty. He was right on the money as to how much time these (this and the other UF polish) would save me.

Excellent Product

I love all Rupes products I use, and this is no exception. Paired with the “old” yellow fine foam pad, I was able to do an awesome 1 step polish on a black GMC Sierra!
